When will my order be shipped?
All in stock items will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Please allow this processing time when choosing a shipping method.
Can I pick up my order in store?
Absolutely! Store pick up is an option you may select during the check out process. If selected, we will notify you when your order is ready for pick up, and you may pick it up at our store during regular store hours. We are located at 1836 Petit Jean Mountain Rd, Morrilton, AR, 72110.
What is your return policy?
To return or exchange a product within 14 days of purchase, please visit us in store or email us at email@example.com for authorization to return your product by mail. We only accept returns for unused and unopened items, and products that are defective may be exchanged.
Refunds will be made to the original form of payment, and shipping and handling are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Thank you for your understanding!
Where is your store located?
We are located at 1836 Petit Jean Mountain Rd, Morrilton, AR, 72110. Two miles before the state park when you enter the mountain via Morrilton. Please visit us!
What are your store hours?
We are open Wednesday through Saturday from 10-5, and Sunday from 10-3. Please contact us for special holiday hours. Hours may be reduced from January-February.
Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. Any applicable sales tax will be calculated during checkout and displayed on the Order Review page.
My item never arrived. What should I do?
Please contact us either by telephone at (501) 215- 0687 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number and the email address used when making your purchase.
My products arrived damaged. What should I do?
If you receive a product that is damaged, please let us know as soon as possible. Please take photos of the damaged product and the condition of the box it came in, and email the photos to email@example.com. Please also remember to include your order number and the email address used when making your purchase. Refunds and/or exchanges are subject to our approval.
